Ingredients
- 1 can Kidney beans (drained, rinsed, 15 oz. can)
- 1 can Garbanzo beans (drained, rinsed, 15 oz. can)
- 2 cans Green beans (drained, rinsed, 15 oz. cans)
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1/3 cup Apple cider vinegar
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup Red onion (finely chopped)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, ginger powder, garlic powder, granulated sugar, and chopped parsley until smooth.
- Add the drained and rinsed kidney beans, garbanzo beans, green beans, and red onion to the dressing. Gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
