Ingredients
- 1 pound cauliflower florets
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 3/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 cup diced purple cabbage
- 1 large English cucumber, diced
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
- 1 teaspoon sumac
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and add sea salt. Cook cauliflower florets for about 5 minutes until tender yet crisp. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together lemon juice, oregano, mint, sumac, garlic powder, sea salt, cracked black pepper, and olive oil.
