Ingredients
- 2 cups of steeped tea
- 4 cups of sugar
- 4 regular-sized tea bags

Instructions
- Steep four regular-sized tea bags in 2 1/2 cups of boiling water for twelve hours.
- Remove tea bags without pinching and strain the tea through cheesecloth or a coffee filter.
- Measure two cups of strained tea into a large pot and simmer gently.
- Stir in four cups of sugar all at once until dissolved; add lemon juice and boil for one minute.
- Add the liquid pectin, boil for an additional minute while stirring constantly.
- Skim off any foam and ladle the jelly into sterilized jars, leaving about 1/4" headspace.
- Process jars in a boiling water canner for ten minutes; let them sit undisturbed for 24 hours before using.
