- 28 Savoiardi cookies
- 3 cups fresh strawberries

- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 lb mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
- 4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3.5 oz strawberry pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 1 pint fresh strawberries (sliced)
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by combining them with 1/2 cup sugar and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes until juices are released.
