  • 7 store-bought oatmeal cookies
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup white chocolate melts
  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed & divided
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Red and blue sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Crush the oatmeal cookies into fine crumbs and layer them at the bottom of individual cups.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
  3. Melt the white chocolate melts; dip whole strawberries and drizzle with extra chocolate.
  4. Mix the melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture; gently fold in half of the Cool Whip.
  5. Layer the cheesecake mixture over the cookie base followed by a layer of mixed strawberries and blueberries.
  6. Top with more cheesecake mixture and finish with whipped topping using a piping bag.
