  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and cool slightly.
