  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple (drained well)
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries (halved)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut flakes
  • 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs until evenly coated.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust.
  5. Layer the crushed pineapple, cherries, white chocolate chips, and shredded coconut over the crust.
  6. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over all layers.
  7. Bake for 30 to 34 minutes until golden brown around edges and bubbly in center.
  8. Allow to cool on a wire rack for at least two hours before slicing into squares.
