Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple (drained well)
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries (halved)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut flakes
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about 1 minute.
- Stir in the graham cracker crumbs until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust.
- Layer the crushed pineapple, cherries, white chocolate chips, and shredded coconut over the crust.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over all layers.
- Bake for 30 to 34 minutes until golden brown around edges and bubbly in center.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack for at least two hours before slicing into squares.
