Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and orange zest. Mix on medium speed until well blended (about 2 minutes).
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 28 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- In another bowl, mix the gelatin with boiling water until dissolved; stir in fresh orange juice.
- Poke holes in the cooled cake using a fork and pour the gelatin mixture over it.
