  • 6 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate (chopped)
  • 3 1/4 cups heavy cream (for the cream cheese layer)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing Oreo cookies and mixing them with melted butter. Press firmly into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. For the chocolate layer, melt heavy cream, corn syrup, chopped chocolate, and water in a saucepan. Whisk in vegan gelatin until dissolved and mix in powdered sugar.
  3. Layer half of the chocolate mixture over the crust, followed by whipped cream mixed with room temperature cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  4. Add the pudding layer by whisking together instant pudding with milk until thickened; spread over the cream cheese layer.
