  • 500 ml vegetable broth

  • Freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions

  2. Dice the potatoes into 1.5 cm cubes and slice the carrots into rounds.
  3. Boil the vegetable broth in a large pot, add all the vegetables, season with salt, and simmer covered for 20 minutes.
  4. Mix cornstarch with water; stir into the pot towards the end of cooking to thicken.
  5. Incorporate herb cream cheese, adjusting seasoning with salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste.
