  • 1 cup beet/berry/cherry juice
  • ¼ cup berry jam

Instructions

  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat until simmering for about 2 minutes while whisking constantly. Pour into molds.
  3. Blend beet/berry/cherry juice with berry jam and agar-agar until smooth. Simmer for another 2 minutes, then pour over the orange layer in molds.
  4. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
