- 1 lb boneless beef loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
- Sriracha or chili garlic sauce, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine beef cubes, cornstarch, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef and cook for about 6-8 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
- Stir-fry sliced red bell pepper and broccoli for 3 minutes; add snow peas and cook another minute until crisp-tender.
- Return beef to the skillet with chopped green onions and heat through for another minute.
- Serve the mixture over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds or sriracha if desired.
