			- 4 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
 - 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
 - ½ cup soy sauce
 - ½ cup brown sugar
 - ⅓ cup ketchup
 - ¼ cup chicken broth
 - 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
 - 1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic
 
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, chicken broth, ginger, and garlic to create the marinade.
 - Reserve 1 cup of the marinade for basting. Place the remaining marinade and chicken into a ziplock bag. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight for best results.
 - Preheat your grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade and discard leftover marinade.
 - Grill chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F). Baste occasionally with reserved marinade during the last 5 minutes.
 - Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
