Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken strips and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Combine grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, fresh dill, salt, and pepper in another bowl. Mix well and refrigerate.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and cook until browned and cooked through (6-8 minutes).
- Follow package instructions to warm the tortillas.
- Spread tzatziki on each tortilla, add chicken and veggies, then fold or wrap as preferred.
