  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter, then mix in light brown sugar, flour, and salt until combined.
  3. Press 1 3/4 cups of the crust mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and set aside.
  4. Bake crust for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. In a saucepan over low heat, melt sweetened condensed milk with dark chocolate chips until smooth.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture over the warm crust; sprinkle reserved crust mixture and semi-crushed raspberries on top.
