  • 2 cooked chicken breasts (chopped)
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook fusilli according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
