- Preheat your oven to 160C/350F and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Squeeze all moisture from the grated zucchini to ensure crispy tots.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, cooked mashed sweet potato, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, and coconut flour until well mixed.
- Form the mixture into small tot shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
