- 1/2 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander
- 1 small green chilli (chopped)
- 1 small red onion (chopped finely)
- Salt (to taste)
- 2–3 tablespoons oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the oil. Mix well until fully combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to help it firm up.
- Shape the mixture into small patties using about 1 ½ tablespoons for each tikki.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry each tikki for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
